"Our wedding at Cross W Ranch was absolutely perfect. The family of the ranch helps you throughout the whole process of planning your wedding start to finish and even coordinates and helps the day of! Their meatball appetizer they provided was delicious and everyone was saying it was the best meatball they have ever had! The barn is a perfect space for a rustic bohemian wedding, we really made the perfect choice and I can not thank them enough."

My husband and I were married at Cross W Ranch on September 14th, 2024. We cannot recommend this venue enough! We will be telling anyone and everyone!! From the first email we sent just looking for details on the venue, until the clean up day of our wedding, this family has been absolutely incredible towards us! They were very responsive and always giving us ideas and very helpful with whatever we needed. Every person you work with or talk to is so kind and down to earth! The venue itself was so beautiful!! Our guests are still talking about how this was the coolest venue they have ever been to! Cross W Ranch provides so much decor for you to use at your own wedding as well! One of our favorite memories will always be the coordinators allowing us to have mine and my husband’s pictures taken during sunset with their horses on our wedding night!!! Every one of my guests was amazed that they were not only a wedding venue, but also a working cattle ranch!! The meatballs that Cross W provides were a HIT!!! We seriously could not say enough good things about Cross W Ranch and their family. We are so blessed that we found them, they truly made our wedding so special and memorable!!!

Our wedding at Cross W Ranch was absolutely incredible — a true five-star experience in every way. The family who runs the venue is amazing, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. The property is stunning, with breathtaking scenery that made for the most beautiful photos and unforgettable moments. Inside, the venue is elegant, rustic and thoughtfully designed, while the outdoor spaces are equally gorgeous and peaceful. Every detail was handled with care, and you can feel the love that the owners have poured into the place. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for our wedding — highly, highly recommend Cross W Ranch!

Absolutely amazing venue, staff, and location! We just had are wedding at Cross W Ranch and the girls there went above and beyond to make our big day so special! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! They truly are the best venue to work with. I’d rate them a 6 stars on a 5 star scale their staff were so welcoming from the first time looking over the venue They accommodated to all our request with outside food vendors an it turned out more then amazing , staff was so nice an welcoming an made our day perfect Beautiful, clean , well kept , organized, accommodating establishment that I would recommend to anyone Our food vendor loved them our photographer loved them everyone of the guests loved them such a great venue right here in Michigan

My wedding at Cross W Ranch was an absolute dream!!! The whole family was so nice and helpful from the very start! The barn is gorgeous and looked exactly how I always dreamt my wedding would look! I would highly recommend this venue and their cattle raised beef was phenomenal as well!

Absolutely can not recommend this venue enough. Sally, Hannah and Alicia are so kind, friendly and attentive. They helped with SO much. The communication for the year leading up to my wedding was fantastic, they always replied quickly and were very communicative!! The venue and grounds are beyond gorgeous and our pictures are amazing. Thank you guys so much for everything!!

Their barn is spacious, comfortable and gorgeous. I couldn’t have imagined having our wedding anywhere else! Alicia and Rebekah were so amazing to work with. They made our wedding stress free, were so professional, helpful, compassionate and made our day so special. Communication was excellent and they were quick to respond. They guided me in decision making, which was super helpful, and had us add our touch on everything. They made sure every detail was accounted for so I was able to fully enjoy our special day! “We had the best experience working with Cross W Ranch. They were so supportive of what we wanted to do for our reception and very accommodating to our wants and needs. Sally and Hannah made themselves available for any detail – if we needed more tables, etc. they made sure we had what we needed and we were able to add additional tables and decorations with a simple request to Sally or Hannah. They were very responsive via text and in person with every question we had. Rebecca made sure we had enough silverware, dishes, napkins & tablecloths. They also provided time to set up the day before the reception and clean up the day after. The barn is authentic and beautiful. Restrooms and bar were immaculate and it’s equipped with a full kitchen which we were able to use for preparation. The simple elegance of the cloth tablecloths and napkins were a fitting contrast to the barn. The animals and surrounding pastures and fields provided a serene backdrop for our celebration. We would absolutely recommend using Cross W for whatever type of event you are planning; such a personable, memorable, stress-free experience for all of us involved!”
