What is the role of my event coordinator(s)?
From the day you book your wedding, your coordinator(s) will be available for any questions via email. You will have three in person meetings prior to your wedding (initial, six month prior, one month prior). The day of your event, your coordinator(s) will assist you with all aspects of the day including, but not limited to, set up of all venue’s items, directing and coordinating vendors, parking assistance, bridal party entrances, and all of the little things that will ensure a smooth and stress-free day.
